Qualification / Job experience:

  • Several years of job experience in a comparable position.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management
  • Good knowledge regarding food, ingredients, recipes (modern, international cuisine)
  • Good knowledge of all cleaning procedures, cleaning agents, chemicals (including storage) and especially of the U.S.P.H. standards.

Personal requirements:

  • Minimum age 25
  • English spoken
  • Management skills, authority, flexibility, self discipline
  • Strong organising ability
  • Respectful, friendly and professional conduct towards passengers and crew
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Full STCW and valid medical are needed

Conditions of Employment:

Salary: 3300 EUR
Accommodation and meals
Single cabin
Contract: 6 months
Travel tickets are provided by the employer
