Guest Experience Manager
We are pleased to announce we are looking to hire a Guest Experience Manager for the Guest Services department, working for Ambassador Cruise Line.
Ambassador is the first new British cruise line to be launched since 2010 and is here to accompany the next era of travel by blending tradition and innovation for a truly timeless cruise holiday that still makes guests feel right at home.
You will oversee the daily operation of the guest services department. Responsible for delivering an efficient and effective Guest Services onboard operation, to inspire and delight every guest to enjoy an authentic cruise experience, effortlessly and sustainably.
