ART SALES ASSOCIATE 

• Shipboard experience advantageous 
• Retail Sales experience in target driven environment preferred

No greater place to start than as a sales associate, to create the most solid foundation and master the art of closing those sales.
Understanding the importance of customer service; having the ability, commitment, and willingness to excel in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Through building these countless connections, you will create lasting memories for your guests onboard and ultimately You will get to make lots of $$$.

With outstanding social skills, while conveying a warm, friendly, and caring personality, you will need to adapt and adjust to a variety of situations daily, all part of working onboard, within a highly pressured environment that’s ever-changing and evolving.

Requirements:

• Professional and well presented
• Sales Experience in a target driven / commission based role
• Strong & clear communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and a great work ethic
• Self-motivated, target driven & a great team player
• Thrives under pressure
• Focused and driven to achieve professional and personal goals
• Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate, and take initiative
• Ship experience is preferred but not a requirement

• Luxury/High end sales

As this is a shipboard position, it requires living and working on a luxury cruise ship for a minimum of 3 months. You'll travel to stunning global destinations while earning a competitive salary.
