Hotel Technical Superintendent (m/f/d)- Cruise Vessel

Key Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for the hotel technical operation (galley, laundry, sanitary, air handling, etc.) of your assigned cruise vessels.
You are ensuring the safe, energy- and cost-efficient hotel technical operation of your assigned cruise vessels to deliver operational excellence in line with our customer’s expectations.
As the project manager, you will be in charge for the budgeting, planning and monitoring of dry dockings as well as for hotel refits / refurbishments.
Collaborate with the Technical Superintends and owner’s architects to manage the whole service process, from technical specification, bids and remarks to completion of the services and projects including quality control.

Requirements
Education & Work Experience:
Experience in the cruise or yard industry is mandatory.
Your technical background comes from your degree in naval or civil engineering or architecture.
You have been working a similar role before.

Your excellent time management and organizational skills help you to manage complex projects.
Your abilities to build your network connect all stakeholders on board and a shore to reach our goals.
You have an open-minded character and are always putting the focus on our customer’s needs.
You have skills in Data Bases and Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, AutoCAD (reader is sufficient), Technical Drawings (reading and understanding).
You love working in a diverse and multi-cultural team. Your advanced English language skills help you to build a strong connection to your colleagues.
