Your Duties

• Serving as the primary contact and host for guests, maintaining active guest contact in public areas.
• Advising and assisting guests, providing tourist information, and handling complaints.
• Designing and conducting an entertaining day and evening program in collaboration with the entertainment team and excursion specialist.
• Organizing social gatherings for guests and managing entertainment equipment.
• Making announcements and providing general and route-specific information.
• Supporting the excursion specialist with the execution and accompaniment of excursions.
• Taking reception shifts and assisting the front office team with operational tasks, including operating the fire alarm and emergency centers.
• Substituting the excursion specialist and front office agents during their leisure time and assisting with embarkation and disembarkation processes.
• Providing administrative support to the excursion specialist.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training or degree, ideally in tourism or hospitality.
• Experience in the entertainment sector is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent language skills in German and English, additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational talent and excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor towards guests.
