Your Duties

• Develop and conduct a variety of day and evening programs for guests and young visitors
• Host and lead social events, game rounds, and creative workshops for children and adults
• Ensure the safety of children during the programs
• Communicate seamlessly with parents and guests
• Take responsibility for the available equipment
• Support other areas such as reception or the excursion expert when needed

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree
• Experience in childcare, youth supervision, and the entertainment sector
• Excellent German and English language skills; additional language skills are a plus
• Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and good moderation abilities
