Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written (working & Safety language of the Company) and any of the following major European languages: German, Spanish, French and Italian.
• Ability to speak, read and write in any major other language e.g. German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese etc., is considered an advantage that could eventually influence the selection for some positions.
• Ability to market and sell MSC Bike Adventours and retail items
• Experience leading bicycle tours or tours/groups
• Experience in the holiday and leisure sector
• Computer literate with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to market and sell bike tours and retail items e.g. presenting the bike tours at cruise guide talks, manning the bike desk sales area and all other channels to promote.
• Responsible for the operations and workflow of the MSC Bike Adventours team.
• Responsible for all administrative tasks e.g. emails, creating the weekly duty roster, checking the safety board for team training.
• Responsible to do maintenance on bicycles and other related equipment, to ensure the equipment is kept to the highest standard.
• Responsible to manage all guest complaints and any other concern related to the MSC Bike Adventours program.
