Front Office Manager/Step up Assistant Hotel Manager for small Ocean ships

Minimum requirements:
•Hands On mentality
•Eye for quality and excellence
•Proven leadership abilities and communication skills
•Strong organizational and computer skills
•Fluent command of English
•Preferable work experience on passenger ships
•Seaman book issued from country of residence or Malta (as vessel is sailing under Maltese flag)

Responsibilities:
· Practicing GCCL values
· Responsible for entire front desk area and gift shop
· Organizing and conducting check-in and check-out
· Handling general administrative tasks for all departments
· Responsible for cost, revenue and inventory administration
· Relieving Assistant Hotel Manager during his/her absence
· Any other duties advised by Assistant Hotel Manager/Hotel Manager

Certificates (at the expense of employee):
➢Basic Safety Training (STCW Code VI/1)
➢Security Awareness Training (STCW Code VI/6-1)
➢Passenger Ship Safety (STCW Code V/2)
