Faststream is recruiting for a Hotel manager

Faststream is currently seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join an ultra luxury Expedition cruise company. This presents a prime opportunity for an accomplished Hotel Manager to elevate their career with a renowned Expedition cruise company, widely regarded as one of the premier employers in the industry.

As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the entire hotel operation on board which will include:

• Operation of all service procedures according to company standards and guest expectations.
• Accountable for the hotel operations finances and cost controls. 
• Proactive participation in all onboard events and special functions.
• Presence in the galley for supporting and controlling purposes
• Ensuring professional transparent and efficient flow of communication with all crew.
• Ensuring departmental training.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers

Your profile:

• A minimum of 3 years previous experience in an upscale cruise line, preferably expedition. 
• Extensive experience within the entire hotel operation. 
• Speak fluent English and German.
