Your Tasks

• Assist the Maître d’Hôtel in organizing and supervising the entire service operation in the restaurant.
• Ensure first-class guest service and high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate table reservations and seating assignments.
• Train and onboard new employees.
• Monitor compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries.
• Assist in creating duty rosters and orders.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant sector.
• At least two years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Leadership experience and excellent organizational skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Team player, resilience, and high service orientation.
• Proficiency in common computer applications.
