Your Duties

• Manage the entire restaurant operation and ensure smooth service.
• Ensure first-class service and high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and control workflows and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
• Train, lead, and motivate the service team.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries, ensuring guest requests are met.
• Responsible for table reservations and guest seating arrangements.
• Create duty rosters and monitor orders and inventory.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant sector and several years of leadership experience.
• Proven leadership experience and excellent organizational skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high level of service orientation.
• Proficiency in common computer applications.
