ROLE DESCRIPTION\u00A0

The storekeeper will manage the warehouse and coordinate the deliveries to our fleet in consultation with the Maintenance Department and the Onboard Crew.
The role is based in Cologne, Germany and for educational reasons at the beginning also in Wiebelsheim, Germany, where our main warehouse is located at the moment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Receiving goods and processing incoming goods in a common ERP system (Dynamics 365)
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Final inspection of delivered goods for correct quantities and visible transport damage
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Loading and unloading of vehicles with the operation of transport and industrial trucks
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0On-schedule storage and retrieval of goods
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Keep track of inventory levels to ensure necessary supplies are always on hand
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements and shipments in the system
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Make sure all warehouse activities follow safety rules and meet legal requirements
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Picking materials for deliveries
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Creating of delivery notes via ERP system
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Packing and loading of prepared goods
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Ensure that deliveries are on time to support the needs of the onboard crew and maintenance team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Professional experience in warehouse logistics
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Basic knowledge of a common ERP system
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Class B driving license incl. trailer authorization and a forklift license
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Authorization to operate transport and industrial trucks
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Handle physical tasks like lifting heavy items and standing for long periods
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Efficiently manage multiple tasks at once in a busy work environment
\u2022\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Structured way of thinking and working
