ROLE DESCRIPTION
The storekeeper will manage the warehouse and coordinate the deliveries to our fleet in consultation with the Maintenance Department and the Onboard Crew. The role is based in Vienna, Austria.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receiving goods and processing incoming goods in a common ERP system (Dynamics 365)
• Final inspection of delivered goods for correct quantities and visible transport damage
• Loading and unloading of vehicles with the operation of transport and industrial trucks
• On-schedule storage and retrieval of goods
• Keep track of inventory levels to ensure necessary supplies are always on hand
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements and shipments in the system
• Make sure all warehouse activities follow safety rules and meet legal requirements
• Picking materials for deliveries
• Creating of delivery notes via ERP system
• Packing and loading of prepared goods
• Ensure that deliveries are on time to support the needs of the onboard crew and maintenance team
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Professional experience in warehouse logistics
• Basic knowledge of a common ERP system
• Class B driving license incl. trailer authorization and a forklift license
• Authorization to operate transport and industrial trucks
• Handle physical tasks like lifting heavy items and standing for long periods
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks at once in a busy work environment
• Structured way of thinking and working
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• English and German language skills are preferred
