Chef de Partie (Season 2025)

Maris Recruitment is seeking Chef de Parties to join River Ship and Barge companies operating in France and Germany. The season begins in February and runs through the end of November 2025.

Additionally, our agency offers job opportunities in hotels, restaurants, and resorts across various European countries for the 2024/2025 season.

Your Duties

* Independently prepare and present high-quality dishes in the specialty area that delight guests.
* Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen to guarantee a first-class culinary experience.
* Creatively contribute to menu planning and work closely with the head chef.
* Guide and mentor junior chefs and apprentices to ensure the culinary excellence of the team.
* Accurately monitor and manage stock levels in the section to ensure smooth operations.
* Efficiently organize workflows in the section to maximize productivity and quality.

Your Profile

* Completed vocational training as a chef and several years of experience in a similar position.
* Passion for fine dining and creative talent in food preparation.
* Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
* Very good German and English language skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
* Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
