Faststream is hiring a Pastry Sous Chef

Faststream is recruiting for Pastry Sous Chef to join an award winning and market leading, luxury cruise line. The client offers an opportunity for experienced Chefs to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line who are seen as one of the leaders in the cruise industry.

The role offers:

• Salary $3500 per month onboard.
• 6 months on 2 month off contract
• Excellent benefits inc. Family Carriage and healthcare amongst others  

The desired candidate will have the following:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Pastry Chef either on a Cruise Ship or a 4/5 star Hotel/Restaurant. 
• Extensive experience in international Cuisine.
• Proven experience working in large galleys within a fast paced operation. 
• Chocolatier and Sugaring is a bonus but not essential
