Faststream is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious 6-star luxury cruise line. This presents a prime opportunity for an accomplished Chef to elevate their career with a renowned cruise line, widely regarded as one of the premier employers in the industry.

Highlights of the role include:

• $4000 per month onboard 
• Rotation schedule of 6:2 (months)

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Minimum of 2 years in the position as Sous Chef with luxury brands and high-end cuisine. 
• Prior experience on 5-star or 6-star Cruise ships/Hotels. 
• Strong USPH background. 
• Demonstrated expertise in managing a high level of cuisine and assisting in the daily operation of a cruise ship galley. 
• Valid seagoing documentation.
